    The University's Institute of Clinical Sciences, School of Health Sciences, would like to offer a graduate the opportunity of a 12 month fixed term (Internship) post, commencing early October.     This post forms part of the Student Experience Team, and provides a defined service to the Academic Staff and Administrators of the School of Health Sciences, who require a range of support and assistance.      Reports and is line managed within the Student Experience Team.  Formally reports to the Student Experience Team Leader within the School of Health Sciences but works closely with the Academic Staff who teach within the School.     This post is to support the Dean of School and School Assessment Officer in a pilot study of TESTA (Transforming the Experience of Students through Assessment) which is currently on-going. The TESTA audit process uses a mixed methods approach to gather data about how a programme uses assessment.       Data is collected using a variety of methods: programme audit, assessment experience questionnaires, student focus groups and document analysis. The post will be used to support this data collection and analysis. In addition, the role will provide support for the School Resilience Project working with undergraduate students across six clinical programmes and will also provide support for research administration in the School.   You will be a member of and will contribute to the Student Experience Team, all of whom are engaged and involved in supporting the learning and teaching interests of the School/Institute.    Accountable to: The Student Experience Team Leader   Duties: Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of the School Resilience Project. Communicate and work effectively with the resilience project lead, steering group and members of School staff involved in the project. Provide administrative support for the TETA pilot, including reviewing documents, processing data and collation and processing of questionnaires. Transcription and coding of Student Focus Group recordings;  Provide administrative support for research within the School as required.
